Why not hire an employee?
It's not to say that you shouldn't, however, having ad hoc support from a Virtual Assistant can work out cheaper. Think of all the associated costs that come along with hiring an employee. Wages, holiday pay, sick pay, pension contribution, equipment, uniforms etc etc. None of these are a concern with a Virtual Assistant.
How much does it cost?
The costs to work with me depends on your requirements and the nature of work you need completing. My ad-hoc hourly rate is £30 per hour. From here I also have monthly retainers, which are also charged at a rate of £30 per hour. For project based assistance of offer packages. The cost of which will depend on requirements. All costs will be discussed prior to contract signing and there are no hidden costs. I advise taking a look at my Prices page for more information.
Can I call you?
An initial 30 minute discovery call can be organised, via Zoom once we have discussed services you requires for support. I do not do face to face meetings. Any further calls will be charged at my ad-hoc hourly rate.
How do we start?
Start by emailing me on enquiries@sarahmajorva.com or drop me a DM on Linkedin and let me know the type of support you are looking for and which of my services you believe will help you. From here we can set up a discovery call to get to know each other's businesses. I will then email you with a summary of the assistance I can provide for your requirements along with the costs. If you are happy to proceed, we can then get contracts signed and payment made.
Is it secure?
I am registered with the ICO and also fully insured by PolicyBee, certificates on request. I prefer to use a digital signature for signing all documents online using Xodo. I also recommend using a password manager, such as LastPass, for exchanging sensitive documents, data and passwords.
